I was very pleased to find Debra locally and that she had availability to support me on an acute situation over a short 4 week period, with a specific goal/objective in mind. Having successfully established the grounds for a working relationship in the initial discovery session and talked over Debra's approach and my requirements, we agreed on the coaching contract such that both parties were fully aware of wants and needs. Over the 4 week period Debra provided invaluable support and advice in a blended coaching and mentoring capacity given the topic to address and my overall objective(s). Debra demonstrated great insight and curiosity, provided challenge and accountability , and presented advice and guidance given her wide experience and the mentoring request. Very personably and positive which is a great asset but not afraid to pose a challenge which we all need when developing and learning...and aiming for behavioural change.
