Alexa came promptly and dealt with the problem of rats in our shed. She arrived in an an ordinary vehicle so it wasn't obvious to all that there was a pest controller working at your property. Following a problem with rats accessing my roof space via our neighbours property, Alexa visited and after a thorough investigation which included clambering into small roof spaces, delving into drains she found the source of the problem to be a hole to the side of their sewer pipe. Alexa was able to complete the repair work, explain how and why these repairs should be done and offer advice on how to prevent this problem occurring again. Our nest was REALLY hard to get to from a 3rd floor window, so the queen somehow managed to survive after 1 treatment, but Lex gives a 100% guarantee, so she came back with an extra extension pipe & we are now wasp-free! She obviously didn't charge for the follow-up, but to be honest, she's so friendly, it was nice to see her again!! Don't normally write reviews but ladybug sorted our mole problems a treat. We've had moles for years and had other pest controllers visit and not sort the problem, however Alexa was very informative and knowledgeable and 3 months down the line we are mole hump free.
